Author’s Log: NaNoWriMo 2023 Day 6
Day 6 of NaNoWriMo, and today felt like I barely finished on time.
Today was a wash day for me, which means 6 hours of dealing with my thick 4C hair. I love having thick curly hair, don't get me wrong, but it takes a lot to maintain it, so that was my main focus of the day.
Other than that I was able to get a lot done when it came to plotting my story. I started transferring the different parts of the chant into different plot points for the story. I've gotten through two sections so far, and I've really been able to fit in a lot of character-building and romance into the plot without even trying, which feels great.
Tomorrow, I want to add another section of plot points to my outline, but I'm very happy with what I have so far.
