Author’s Log: NaNoWriMo 2022 Day 23

Day 23 of NaNoWriMo, and it was a great day writing-wise.

I found a groove with a particular book again, this time Book 3, which takes place in the middle of a hot summer. It deals with a lot of fiery things, and I actually got to write some scenes in my favorite location I've made for the series so far. It's a sort of Devil-themed speakeasy bar, and it's immaculate. I actually have a playlist dedicated to it because I've found so many songs that fit the vibe of it. I think I might share the Pinterest board for it at some point on my Instagram, so stay tuned.

I definitely had an easier time writing today than I have for the past few days because I got immersed in the scene thanks to my prep work. All this means is I'll be making even more Pinterest boards for locations in my books! That makes my heart so happy!

4,500 words left until I complete the challenge!
